Returns & Refunds policy
At XKrafts, we have a 3-5 day return policy, meaning you have 3-5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at solutionxkrafts@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the package back. Please note, items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately and notify us if the item is defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
Custom products (such as personalized or made-to-order items)
Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, etc.)
Personal care items (such as beauty products)
Items such as personalized or final sale items may not be eligible for return. However, if a defective, damaged, or incorrect item is received, we will offer a full refund or replacement.
Gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a replacement is to return the item, and once the return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Restocking Fee
If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet our return policy (e.g., worn, washed, or damaged), a restocking fee may be applied to cover handling and restocking costs.
Refusal of Refund
XKrafts reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item does not comply with our return policy. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Incorrectly Sent Items
XKrafts upholds strict standards for returns. We cannot accept returns for items mistakenly sent, items not purchased from XKrafts, or items deviating from the original order. If such items are sent to us, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or any compensation. Returned items under these conditions cannot be reshipped.
